No — transaction processing setup is handled for you at no cost when you process with Ford Frontier Investments, and a programming sheet is included with every machine to guide the rest of the setup (or you can pay to have it factory-programmed or set up on-site — see below).
Yes — when you own the machine outright, you keep all surcharge revenue. (This is different from Ford Frontier Investments' free-placement program, where revenue is shared in exchange for a $0 upfront cost.)
No, but there's a cost either way you should know about: processing setup is free if you process through Ford Frontier Investments. If you'd rather use a different processor, a $500 setup fee applies instead.
